Subject: Fw: First Annual Biker Beach Boogie BBQ Lets try and get as many bikers at this event as we can. Lets show myrtle beach that bikers live here to. They just don’t come here for bike week. We are a large part of the population. Ride your bikes in, wear your helmet, and be yourself. Remember, how you act, reflects on all of us !!!!!! Show them we are good people that like to ride and spend money in our community when we are not forced out !!!! Live long and prosper and remember to always speak your mind. Gary Balcom Assistant Coordinator Horry County ABATE. KEEP PRAYER IN OUR SCHOOLS. IN GOD WE TRUST. NOT A DIME IN 09 !!! ALWAYS BUY AMERICAN MADE PRODUCTS. Gary I say the time has come to stop allowing the City of MB to dictate where and when we can attend an event. To some extent we have done this ourselves and to some extent the City and its few supporters have done it to us. Remember the Train Depot. I say lets help make this event a Huge Success and show our out of town guests how much we love and support this new event which is being held in our honor. Everyone knows how much us Bikers love a good BBQ so I say LETS RIDE. Let me know what you think. An event schedule is attached. www.thesunnews.com/142/story/1045380.html?mi_pluck_action=comment_submitted&qwxq=8983941#Comments_Container www.thesunnews.com/news/local/story/1045061.html?storylink=pluck_commented Be well Bird

For those interested which I hope is all who ride on two wheels we will be meeting in the North end at Bass Pro Shops on 17 in NMB. This is at the intersection of 22 and 17. We will be meeting at 9.30 am with KSU at 10 am. The BBQ starts at 11. We will be riding down 17 so bring your helmets. Lets all show up for a day of fellowship and show MB just who the greatest biker community in the world is. Any questions you may reach me at mike@ibiker.org.

Hey, Turbin's and my posts were deleted by the Scum News! Try just reposting them - as often as necessary - and mention that it's a repost when you do. It's worked for me...

They keep mentioning a lake Where is this lake located? Now remember, I'm from Pa. Bird, on a side note, my brother-in-law and his wife are going to be permanent residents down there starting next week. He's the beamer rider. They will be living in there "golf house" off of 501. I forget the name of the development. He has retired for the "second" time now. And this looks like the final time.

Remember, it could be viewed by many voters as, a successful (BEACH BOOGIE BBQ) = Gov. doing a good job, = let's reelect them

I am suggesting that we wear helmets, be ourselves , and just enjoy a day of fellowship. I would suggest meeting at the HD shop or the Beaver and KSU at 10am same as the North end. I can only do one so I am coming from the North end. Lets have a great day of fellowship and show all what a Great bunch of people we are. Remember we will be judged on how we act. Lets not live up to their low expectation. Please tell every biker you know to spread the work.

Remember, it could be viewed by many voters as, a successful (BEACH BOOGIE BBQ) = Gov. doing a good job, = let's reelect them If a thousand bikers show up the haters will not view this as a success. There are now qualified people running for office and we need to remind them of just how many ride here and what a great bunch we are. The news people will be all over this.Lets roll ;D ;D ;D

Hope he got it fixed. Tell him to come down for a long weekend and join us. You as well. Lets roll.... ;D

Ride on Haters .....

I don't know about this ride, it could give the wrong impression to everyone and the incumbents would use this rally as feather in their campaign. Here are some of the problems I see: - Riding down 17 in numbers will remind residents how much they hate us.
- Wearing Helmets and being on our best behavior shows that we are afraid of the City.
- As above it could look as we buried the Axe with the Mayor and City Council.
- We accept all of the new ordinances that were passed.
- Making the appearance now before the elections will become one of the hot topics for the new people in the race for City positions and never get a straight answer about Biker issues.
The thought is good but I think the timing is bad! This is just my opinion.

I have to agree 100% with (Beachbickers1) that this plan will send the wrong message,
It will look like a win for the mayor and CC.
I think the smaller the turnout and the ......less successful any event in Myrtle Beach City is......., the more the voters will see what the mayor and CC has done to hurt the working people and businesses of MB
As Beach says, it's just my opinion
