Traffic Court in Conway, SC was busy today. Over 2,000 people with tickets attended. There appeared to be many local citizens. These tickets were written over the Memorial Day Holiday. Holiday! Many people were trying to get to work while navigating road blocks and speed traps. I hope the local citizens remember these "police state "tactics when election time rolls around.

AC Welcome to ibiker and thank you for this informative post. I would not have thought any where near this amount of tickets were written. I guess this is where the loss of revenue is going to come from. There was an article in the Carolina Forest Chronicle that touched on this as well. I wonder if the people that missed their flight will come back to MB. I also wonder if there will be roadblocks and sobriety checkpoints for the advertised GLBT all night party at the Train Depot this weekend
