It seems that MBPD recently released the wrong man from jail. How did the criminal mastermind affect his release? Simple, the 18 yo white man pretended to be a 34 yo black man, and off he went. www.thesunnews.com/news/local/story/950011.htmlThis suggests it may be possible to escape violations of the new city ordinances by assuring officers that they actually are wearing a lid and that it is just the local lighting conditions that make it appear as though they are not. Can't hurt to try it!
