Bird did you join HELP ... I thought not a dime would continue until Mayor and Council was voted out .... Joined HELP and BOOST. Do not agree with all of HELP positions but feel voter registration is important. Many have expressed opinions that a cold shoulder was received from HELP at the Train Station and other places. Was at the ABATE meeting and Don did not once come over and say hi. Happened at the ABATE meeting at Pub and Grub as well. As of yet there is nothing that BOOST has done that I disagree with and likely won't. They have committed to Bike Week and have spent considerable money promoting that and have sued to get rid of the Helmet Law. They also want to get rid of politicians that have a different opinion and I feel deserve our support. As far as Not A Dime In 09 I am someone who says what I mean and means what I say. If Rhodes and company are gone in November then I might reconsider what businesses in MB if any deserve my money. If the Mayor and available Council seats are not replaced this November then it is Do It Again In 2010 for me. To sum it up at this point in time I support BOOST 100% and have some common ground with HELP. I am going to sit back and relax while these groups figure out who their candidates are and have the opportunity to discuss their views. After looking at the pictures from Studebaker's and seeing Rhodes mingling with the ABATE members one might ask just who can you trust.

Those pictures clearly show Rhodes was more than happy to have bikers support him & at the time Mcbride had to go but now there is no in office that we can trust.

I can only imagine the let down for the locals that were around at the time. Hopefully the politicians that run this time will understand a united Biker Community is deserving a seat at the table. I intend to listen and watch while this all plays out. It is ridin time and that is why I moved here. Vroom,Vroom....

The message was delivered loud and clear during the rallies. Many out of towners found out that it is very easy to avoid the city limits of Myrtle Beach. MB business owners need to be very active in getting new leadership elected in November.

Hell, BIRD for Mayor!!! in 09
