HaHaha! That just goes to show how EFFIN Civilized we have become. Hell when me and the Ole Lady was in Italy, people would take a Whiz right on the shoulder of the Interstate. They did have their back turned.

At the next town council meeting, you should wear tee-shirts that say, "stop the runner-hem".
I am glad to see that this newspaper is not in the hip pocket of the city. Good reporting Caolina Forest! My hats off to you!

We're calling it "PEE-HEM"! Plus, I'm going to approach the County Council and ask that ALL runners in Horry County be required to wear helmets, knee, and elbow pads in the event that they could trip over the hundreds of piles of road kill and trash that I see on the streets daily! It's for their "own safety"

Lol, perhaps you should add diapers to your list for the Pee-Hem bunch! We're calling it "PEE-HEM"! Plus, I'm going to approach the County Council and ask that ALL runners in Horry County be required to wear helmets, knee, and elbow pads in the event that they could trip over the hundreds of piles of road kill and trash that I see on the streets daily!
