As most of you know, some of us do like to read the posts in the "un news" for our daily laugh. Yesterday at lunch I went to the "un news" for my lunch laugh and lo and behold! My anti-virus popped up and said there was a risk detected! After work I did a scan and this morning it found a risk.
The name of this risk is hmbisysguard.exe. I tried doing a search on it and found nothing. Would Pat know anything about this risk and what it does?
As of yesterday I am done even reading the "un news". It seemed very odd that as the "un news" website was loading, my anti-virus found this. My anti-virus is set up to check a website as it loads, so it had to come from there. Could the "un-news" have planted that to find some more information on readers and posters? I will from now on be a regular over at WMBF. Screw the "un news" That really pissed me off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the past, I have noticed that every now and then a page on the un news wouldn't load or it would lock up my system. One of the few sites that have ever done that to me.
I emailed them about this and they never replied FWIW.

I have had tracking/cookies and other things which I am right certain came from the Un News. One time I couldnt use E-Mail for a few days but my guy ( Swamp Fox Computers ) hooked me back up. It is nothing but a propoganda machine for people like the Brittians and the Jordan Properties ect. No problems since I quit going there or responding. Freedom of speech ?

The un news has become a quigmire of ads and spam! Nothing loads. Machine locks up. I check the headlines and move on...

I just figured that they had an out of date server that wasn't up to the task & they were too cheap to replace.
