I agree it will be a quick ruling, but it should of never taken this long for the SC Supreme cout to hear this case. Even if they rule that the ordinances are not enforceable the MB PD will be instructed to find some reason to pull us over and ticket us, they'll be sore losers no matter what. Since the election rodent and the clowncil have been quite, I wonder how vocal they'll get after the Supreme court ruling and it's in our favor. What's there next move going to be Either way I'll do it again in 2010

I think that we may want to be cautious here... Though we look at this law as being biased and believe it will be overturned, the Supreme Court could view this differently? Just a thought...

I am anxious to hear where the SC Court falls on this. I'd still come to the grand Strand for the week, but will probably not spend any money in the limits again...
