The City will study the savings and revisit this issue. Do they actually think anyone is that STUPID. These guys need to go before there is nothing left.

Saving money like that, MB will soon have a surplus of money. I'm sure that they will cut taxes then, don't you think?

LMAO, The city needs to really look for ways to save money. Mayor toads and the Clowncil raised taxes 3 Mils to stop Bike rally's and they will have to raise taxes again to pay for legal fee's to fight the law suit. If I were a resident of the City of Myrtle Beach, I would be Petitioning the Attorney Generals Office to bring Mayor toads up on charges of Stupidity.

Ad, you overlooked all the money they will be saving on gas with their new $446,000 worth of vehicles! Do the math before you speak He He ;D I agree with you. They are on a mission to bankrupt the city and then blame it on the bikers. I just wonder how much of MB's Budget they are "hiding in the books' and squandering for themselves through manipulative diversion. 8-)

My current Harley averages about 43-45 miles per gallon.
Almost all models of new Harleys cost less each than any of the 4-wheel vehicles that the City of Myrtle Beach just bought.
Regardless of whether the city's motorcycles were Harleys or Hondas, they could have just bought ALL motorcycles and:
- ALL of the new vehicles they bought would cost less EACH.
- EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM would get probably AT LEAST TWICE the gas mileage that their current new vehicles receive.

They bought 8 Police Hondas too! And the first time one of them get hit because the other person didn't "hear" them, they will be changing to Hds' Just like that PD out in Ca. did. An officer got hit because the other person didn't hear them and they immediately went out and had different exhaust put on all their motorcycles. Of course they were hds'.
