Look for the Bird and Dilligaf. Up front and holding the signs. MB will be the MOST sued City in the USA. It is getting real interesting. ACLU getting involved as well. More to come. Stay tuned. ;D

I thought I saw a couple of familiar faces in that group [glow=red,2,300]U guys rock!! ;D[/glow] I just love Rep. Thad Viers. He tells it like it is! And like Thad, most of us don't trust the MB City Council either.... Bird, thanks for posting the docs, will share with all!

Thanks Seaside and Bird for all you do to keep us informed with the facts. This is a day that I have prayed for and knew it would come. It is going to be GREAT to sit back and watch the City scramble with these turn of events. The only sad part is the City's residents are the ones who will have to pay the legal fee's and for the stupidity of the mayor and the city clowncil.

i personnaly like the way rep Viers worded his presentation to the supreme court. With times like they are, maybe they will take a second look at the local impact of this situation. local and statewide for that matter. Definately can't hurt the situation

It is the little people in society that pay the price for the ignorance of their leaders, IF you can call this bunch of politicians leaders. Personnally I think not.

Bigbuck, I totally agree, Rep. Thad Viers and Boost have earned my respect for the way this is being handled. I like you feel that this stand will impact this situation and hopefully draw more attention to this Law Suite, from a State and National point of view.
P.S. I really enjoyed reading the Complaint and the Petition ;D
