Staggering. While the numbers are not in for now till June the past numbers are real and account for 11.2%. If the other 4.6% happens the State will loose 15.8% or $1,164,000.00 of revenue. While the State has various sources of income, taxes from homes should have been somewhat constant so a good part of this is business loss taxes. For that to happen the business loss is far more staggering. With the 4th highest unemployment in the USA there should be an abundance of workers but if I were a Franchise business and had to cut stores this area would get my attention.

Thanks for the laughs, ghostwars, that Charleston II thing, just cracks me up! Well I'd hope some of our business owners would ask the mayor and his other country club neighbors, just how MB could ever be Chucktown2 when THEY destroyed all historical buildings this city has ever had. OMG! I hope the business owners weren't locals, I assume only transplants would fall for that line......Charleston II......ROFLMMFAO! What a joke. New theory, perhaps mayor toad and hand puppet animal hater gray are mental patient escapees from MUSC (in Charleston) hence their delusional visions of a Charleston II - WTF are these guys on, I need some of those drugs...what a trip THEY'RE ON! LOL! I hope the Freedom Ride includes a scenic tour of the Pine Lakes country club, I so want to see that new clubhouse and all the fine new homes.
